Our Vision of Health. Live Fit, Live Free is my way of answering the call to create a healthier world. Noncommunicable (or chronic) disease is the leading cause of death globally, but we can beat these killers through changes in lifestyle, like being physically fit. I hope to educate and coach the world to become healthier and more prosperous through a fitness lifestyle. It is time that we put an end to human suffering. It is time for us to come together, as a global community, to inherit the many, many blessings that are possible.

Eat Clean.

The Foundation of Health. Our bodies are literally constructed from the foods that we eat. The calories that we consume from protein, fats, and carbohydrates link directly to the healthy cell generation. A strong mind and body comes from a healthy gut. That starts with daily nutrition from a variety of nuts & seeds, tons of vegetables, fruits, lean animal/plant proteins, and healthy fats. Digestive support, in the form of whole-foods supplements and essential oils, is also extremely beneficial.

Train Hard.

The Maximizer of Health. Regular exercise strengthens the muscles and supports the cardiovascular, circulatory, and lymphatic systems. However, the best and most challenging programs will target the nervous system to increase coordination and functioning. Programs built specifically for the nervous system increase flexibility, joint mobility, strength, power, agility, and quickness, while reducing pain.

The Protector of Health. Essential Oils have been around for centuries and are a natural solution that you can use for targeted support. Use them as your first line of defense against seasonal threats, for getting consistent quality sleep and managing stress, and for supporting the body’s natural pathways of detoxification with natural cleaning and self-care products. Incorporating essential oils into your recovery program for fitness can support joint mobility and ease feelings of tension in the body.

The Expression of Health. Dancing is good for the soul. So is playing sports, listening to music, traveling, reading a good book, spending time with family and friends, or watching an awesome movie. The most meaningful way to enjoy life is by fulfilling your purpose to earn a living. Each of us is uniquely powerful. Finding out how you are uniquely powerful is the key to unleashing your infinite potential and your greatest joy in life. This may be the most important action step.
